Camelbak Lobo
The CamelBak Lobo is the pack of choice for mountain bike riders who favor 2-3 hour rides. Some users would say it is fine for all day rides as well, but this really depends on weather conditions at the time. If it is very hot, odds are you will require extra hydration. Climbers and hikers have also favored this model because of size and comfort. As Camelbak is the leading manufacturer of hydration systems, it stands to reason they would have several models to suit different user needs and requirements. The key to choosing the right hydration system really depends on your needs and most importantly, climactic conditions.

Features:
If you are looking for a fully functional hydration system, yet compact in design, then the Camelbak Lobo would be an excellent choice. The capacity of this pack is smaller than others in the range and is intended as a quality alternative to larger packs.
Designed to be lightweight and ergonomically sound, you can't go wrong with this model. Some users believe these two features make it the perfect pack for full day rides, while others find the smaller space limiting. Regardless of the overall size though, the hydration system will allow for two to three hours of cool water to drink. Again, depending on weather conditions, some users have found they still had cold water after six hours!
As well as the capacity and cooling, this model has a state of the art valve no-leak system. This means having a drink on the go is more than easy. This is in part due to the Antidote™ Reservoir with Quick Link™ System, which also features a larger mouth for easy cleaning and drying, quick-seal cap, center baffling and low-profile design, patented Big Bite™ Valve, as well as the desirable characteristic of not needing to remove the bladder from the pack for refilling. It is also lighter, which many users say is a huge improvement.
Additional features of the Camelbak Lobo include raised padding for back support and air flow tunnels to assist in keeping your back cool. An external fill/stash pocket is also included to carry tools, pump and spare tube. There are small internal storage pockets suitable for storing wallet, keys, and a snack. It is best to decide which features best suit your requirements so you finish up with a hydration system that works for you. If you favor lightweight, sleek and compact features over a larger storage capacity, then this model will suit you very well indeed.
